Welcome to Cliff Farm Cottage, your peaceful rural retreat for the relaxing holiday that you have been promising yourself.
In this hectic 21st century, Lincolnshire provides space to breath and this is no more true than at Cliff Farm Cottage. In the heart of the countryside, yet only 3 miles from the historic city of Lincoln. The cottage is situated on a working mainly arable farm, with panoramic views overlooking the Trent Valley. Totally secluded garden with patio and level access that is completely wheelchair friendly. Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility, and view the remarkable sunsets.
The cottage sleeps 4 persons, plus cot, and comprises living area (21ft x 19ft) with a log effect gas burning stove for cosy winter evenings, comfortable seating, dining table and a beamed ceiling with brick archway leading to a kitchen (21ft x 8ft). This is equipped to a high standard, and includes special lower work units with two electric hobs and a combination microwave, to suit all abilities.
The master bedroom, (16ft x 10ft) has a king-size bed and room for a cot, with en suite facilities with walk-in shower that has been specially adapted for our less mobile guests, however also providing a spacious 'wet room' for the family. The second bedroom (14ft x 10ft) has two full size single beds. The family bathroom measures 10ft x 10ft and has a bath and separate shower.
Children are most welcome and we have a cot and high chair.. We do not cater for pets, however, and request that the cottage only be occupied by non-smokers.
Don't just take our word for it, read some of our guest's comments throughout the site....
